Having spent two decades inside law firms, Roberta understands the unique dynamics of professional services—where culture and structure can make or break a firm’s success. This depth of legal-sector knowledge, combined with broad cross-industry expertise, allows Stella HR to balance compliance, culture, and commercial outcomes in a way that delivers lasting results.
